1. Ensure your skin is cleansed and slightly damp to retain moisture
2. Take a small amount of cream and warm it up in your hands
3. Gently apply the cream to your cheeks, forehead, and the rest of your face using circular motions

Use twice a day for ideal results. Tropical Twist Vitamin E Cream should be used after cleansing or exfoliating. Always follow up with SPF.
